NTT SmartConnect has continued to grow steadily since our founding in 2000. We are grateful for the support and patronage of our clients and partners without whom this growth would not have been possible.
Considering that our greatest strengths are the high-quality service and support from a
solid understanding of our clients' business needs that we offer as a member of the NTT
Group, we have met the diverse needs of an extensive customer base by providing a wide range
of services based on our three core business areas of the Housing Business, which houses
client servers, the Cloud Business, which handles content, and the Streaming Business, which
handles content distribution.
We have also earned a strong reputation among numerous clients, who are taking on the
challenges of new businesses, as a dependable partner offering innovative approaches and the
power of action to pursue new services using the expertise and state-of-the-art technologies
that we have accumulated to date in such areas as AI log analysis to help make work styles
visible, services that enable remote auscultation , and live commerce services specializing
in food.
As the world faces a number of serious issues on a global scale, such as COVID-19 and
abnormal weather phenomena, we aim to contribute to solutions in the areas of the digital
